Justin serves as a philanthropy advisor for the Biking for Babies board. He is currently the Chief Philanthropy Officer for the Hough Ear Institute. He has been in fund development since 2009 when he learned to fundraise as a missionary. He has since worked for non-profits with revenues from $438K to $65M. Justin said yes to serving on the board because of his profound conviction of being pro-life and his love for changing the culture in innovative ways.
