Worth Biking For

Last year Jimmy Becker was a FOCUS missionary at UW-Madison and he asked me to join Biking for Babies because they wanted a Wisconsin biker to represent the Women’s Care Center in Madison. At the time I had never heard of this place in Madison, but I knew that it must be a great place if we were biking 880 miles for it.

This year, I was fortunate enough visit the Women’s Care Center of Madison and interview their employees/volunteers and tour their facility. They opened their doors about a month ago and I was choked up listening to the employees/volunteers talk about their goals for the Women’s Care Center and how they have helped women so far. A year ago, I just assumed that the Women Care Center of Madison was going to be an amazing place, but this year I was able to witness just how amazing and beautiful it is. I know this holds true for all the Pro-life centers and charities we are raising money for and that fuels my excitement for this years Biking for Babies trip.

Last year, I thought I knew exactly what I was biking for, but this year I witnessed first hand who I am biking for.

God bless you all!
