Hello Friends of Biking for Babies,
It’s Monday night, and I just finished my first training ride of the week. As you can see in the photo, I have my bike and trainer set up in my dorm room. It may be a little cramped, but biking has become a welcome break from studying.
Since this is my first post of the season, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank a few people who made my participation as a cyclist possible.
First, an enormous thanks goes out to Tom and Anita for donating my bike, clearly a key component to any cyclist’s efforts.
Also, Pete and Cheri at the Spinzone in Granger did a great job fitting the bike and helped me get all the necessary gear.
Of course, my family of rock stars is always there when I need them.
And finally, a special thanks goes out to my brother Holy Cross seminarians for tolerating the noise of my running bike trainer during mid-terms.
Please continue to pray for the fortitude of our riders, the success of our mission, and the protection of human life and dignity.
Gratefully,
Stephen
